Meet Ms. Juliette
Ms. Catherine Juliette Stanley, M.S.E
Her journey to becoming a Chemistry Teacher, Private Tutor, and later the Teacher of the Year for her school, district, and Chemistry Region, began with early days of teaching piano lessons and making homemade experiments. By earning degrees in both Music and Science from Samford University in Birmingham, AL, she acquired the tools necessary to bring creativity to the classroom and the homes of her clients.
For the last 7 years, Ms. Juliette delved into standardized test prep. Her expertise includes curriculum development, strengths assessments, and individualized private tutoring and transition coaching. Using her training from ACT and the CollegeBoard, Ms. Juliette has designed and implemented countless ACT preparation programs for high schools and families across the southeast.
For Ms. Juliette, the C in Coaching stands for Creativity. Whether she is composing a rap about punctuation on the ACT or hand movements to help students remember trigonometry functions, Ms. Juliette is willing to go the extra mile to make her not so easy content student-friendly and memorable, thus getting positive results.
Students in her tutoring program have seen growth from 3 points to 12 points on both composite and individual subtests. In addition to earning admittance in schools across the nation, students in HeadsUp Prep ALL earn scholarships. Because of her HeadsUp tips and tricks, none of her students have had to take remedial courses in college saving her families over $650,000.

“
I felt nervous about meeting with Ms. Juliette because I scored so low on my ACT, but she never made me feel dumb. If I didn’t understand something, she’d explain it until I did. Now, I’m in college on a full scholarship. I know I can always ask her for help.
